• Insulin-dependent diabetes
• Heart Disease or Defects
• Cancer
• Hepatitis
• HIV
• Seizure Disorder
• Multiple Gestation
• Breech presentation after 38 weeks
• Placenta Previa in the third trimester
• Pre-eclampsia
• Known fetal malformation
